Seeing as the character designs are consistent and the copyright dates jump around in what Jack posted, I assume there are a LOT more of these somewhere.

Judging by the pile of stuffed animals outside her window, it's implied that the little girl tosses them out whenever her dad molests her. She is reflecting her feelings of wanting to escape onto her toys - The comic just put it in a personified perspective. The real messed up part is that her mom is clearly aware of what's going on, and keeps buying her new stuffed animals. Her mom likely realizes that it is a pointless gesture, but feels it's all she can do to help the situation; She dislikes what her husband is doing to their daughter, but feels trapped by love or marital obligation. She can't interfere; She feels like it's not her place to do so.

It's a very Fuzzy Bunny up scenario, but one that actually occurs. These comics portray it very well. I think the issue here is that comics as a media platform have become synonymous with "the funnies". People see a comic and expect humor, but that isn't always the case. Comics are just another medium to portray a story, just as books and movies have many different genres and audiences. The artist likely took advantage of this expectation for humor to better express the content in a way that will make people think "what the actual Fuzzy Bunny?".

Or he has a twisted sense of humor. Either way, it works.

This.

Also evident is that the child blames herself for what is happening (Read: Bath scene).

I like the art style, if that's what you're driving at, but the content is just...nonsensical. Not to mention a little disturbing.

I found zero humor in it but I didn't read very far, and that could be just me.

I didn't feel compelled to read past the third group of panels. Judging by other people's reactions, I'm glad I didn't bother.
