Did a competition with a friend for who can stay up the longest. (With or without aid)
I made it 6 days & nights before crashing. Almost made it to 7 days was short by about 3 hours.
I wasn't really competing with anyone but my Freshman year in high school ( senior now ) I stayed up for a week playing RS :p.
I had a broken leg and I wasn't allowed to do anything so I camped old Clan wars and Training my melee at spiders :p
Sleep is overrated when you're hosting massive clan wars or when you wanna get higher combat level

It's really quite easy when you have an 8ball of meth. I think I slept for about 16 hours a day for 3 days straight after that binge. You really start to get delusional after 4 days of not sleeping. 11 days for a world record? I could beat that with another "goodie bag" but I'd rather not try.. I damn near killed myself last time

The 11 day record is without any drugs/medication though, including caffeine.
