Pose can be similar to Jackstick's, but facing the other way (so you can see the cane,like in the pic)

The character would be used in the signatures of two forums I frequent, and the top part in my avatar on a third forum, along with appearing at the top of my Tumblr blog, so it'd get a lot of use and it'd be really awesome since all of the aforementioned things are rather bland looking at the moment and need some spicing up.
As for the design..
Basic description: I want a character resembling Jesus sitting down legs crossed as if he were meditating, with a nice sherlock-style pipe in one hand with smoke escaping it, shades on, his other thumb up, grinning, wearing a black or white (whichever you think would look better) Grateful Dead t-shirt with the "Steal your face" logo, dark green shorts, and bare feet.
Details/Pictures:
Skin colour: White
Hair: Similar to the first one you did for Kikori (This one), maybe a little darker brown, with a little goatee similar to Jeff Bridges' (]Here) without a moustache.
Face: Something like this Jesus face (this) with either generic black shades or something akin to the aviators Raoul Duke wears in Fear & Loathing (here) - maybe a raised eyebrow similar to Xr Rex if it looks good.
Eyes: Dark green, if showing.
Shirt: Black (here) or white (here) Grateful Dead "Steal your face" shirt. Oh and if you need a bigger version of the Steal your face logo: here. Although I'd really really love the design to include the Grateful Dead shirt, if the logo is too difficult to represent at such a small size or you don't feel comfortable doing it a tie dye shirt like this would work too.
Arms/hands: His right arm (left side to the viewer obviously) holding up a wooden "Sherlock" pipe (url=http://www.alteredimagefancydress.com/ekmps/shops/alteredimage/images/sherlock-holmes-detective-pipe-wooden--1180-p.jpg]pic[/url]) with smoke drifting out of it, like if he'd just been smoking it. His left arm either making a peace sign or thumbs up (depending on which you think would look better)
Legs/Shorts: Dark green/khaki shorts (pic), cross legged.
Feet: Bare feet
Facing:
Forward, as the design would look weird any other way.
Additional details:
- Bonus points if you include this guitar strapped to his back behind him. If you think it would ruin the Steal your face logo on the shirt then either make the logo larger (if that'll look good) or don't bother with the guitar.
- I believe the maximum signature height on one of the forums I want to use it on is 125px, so if it could kept below that, it'd be great, but if you'd prefer to do it bigger and it'd look better that's okay too as I can just use the full image on the other forum and Tumblr, then cut it down for the avatar and that forum.
I know this is quite a detailed request. If you'd be willing to do this I'd be extremely happy and grateful. It'd really mean a lot since I've been wanting to make this little character for quite some time but I want it done really well, and I've not found any other pixel artists that really had the kind of style or skill I was looking for.

Yeah it's doable I mean I'm pretty awesome generally speaking and doability is something I exemplify (euphemism possibly intended???) but that'd be a pretty time-consuming project to undertake just for a forum signature.
If I were to do something like this, I'd be more inclined to make a full-size drawing of it, ditching the sprite style, and then just sizing that down for your signature while giving you the full-size image to do whatever with (like use it for your wallpaper or something).

I still have plans to help you out with a few bucks, but cash flow has been horrid in the past few months.
