That one comes up every so often and is accompanied by the glitch of "I can see people logging in but if I refresh I'm the only one there". It's not new, but it's also not that common, and I don't think it's tied to anything with the new server. Regardless, if it ever happens, most any admin (including me) should probably know how to fix it in a matter of moments. :)
