He has a point. He is the only person with permissions to edit the forum code, the only person writing codes for RV2... The only person really on RV who does any of the backend. If you keep forcing him to fiddle with little things like these he has to put the bigger things like RV2 by the wayside in order to keep you lot happy.

Give him some slack :|

As long as I can't figure that out, there's not even going to be the option to change it.

The extra usergroups, I think we should either be able to toggle whether we see them or not (with the default option being that we don't, but that we see a little bit of text telling us that there are usergroups we can see if we enable them) - Or they should just be hidden how they used to be, and a "Usergroups" link should be added to the links at the top of the forum, simply linking to the Usergroup section of UCP, I mean, that takes like, 2 minutes max.

I asked nicely for this but got told it was never going to happen. Apparantly if the usergroup gets in my way enough times I will join it.

And I too prefer the unbolded ranks. You guys probably just aren't used to it. All the ranks looked jumbled together before, as they were all bolded.

I suggested that and even offered to atempt to create a mod for it, but it got put to the wayside.

Group colours. One, staff moderator colour - it stands out way too much (as does staff), if I didn't know exactly what the position was, it would instantly strike me as the greatest position of authority on the forum going by the colour as it stands out more than the others. Another point, one that's not necessary but would probably be useful for new users, would be to make elder and legend names the same colour, but not bold - that way for new users it'd be easy to distinguish users with moderation powers from users without, but elders and legends would still have their colour and rank.

I remember when Elder and Legend were the same colour. People kept complaining that they couldn't tell the diference between the legends and the elders so elders ot dumped with mouldy carpet. Wasn't that long ago. ~ viewtopic.php?f=12&t=418615&st=0&sk=t&sd=a

And the Staff have been cyan since i've ever known, which is at least 2 years.

Just suggestions, and I know that you're all busy with stuff atm so they're not a pressing concern, but I do feel that if you got the time they'd make good additions.
