Obviously, I thought it was a virus so I didn't click it, and after doing a little research, my theory was confirmed.
Basically, it is exactly the same as the virus that spread by sending a zip message to all of your contacts, but this one is through a URL. Luckily, with the zip file, it normally contained a funny message making it easy to notice.
There are many links that could be sent, and I have a list that I won't be posting (so if you wanna check, just PM me). A majority of the links are .info or .mobi, which is probably because info and mobi domains are fairly cheap to obtain.
Anyway, this one seems simple enough. All of the sites I have looked at, though most were in a foreign language, tell that all you have to do is change your MSN password.
Simple enough.
But I would also suggest doing a Virus scan and Adware scan, just to be safe.
