I think that it would be best if the news and announcement section of RV's homepage would be separated into "RV News and Announcements" and "RS News and Announcements".
e.g.: Let's say we just released a brand new guide and a day after that 3 RS news appear. The RV News would go down and only the RS news can be seen (if you don't scroll).
