Simon, I believe awhile back Malkin started a guide on the skill capes. I'm not sure where that is or if it's done.

As for the cape pictures, they could be used for the Databases. Since you are new to the team, maybe you can add them.

The animated GIF's I think belong to the Capes of Accomplishment Guide (which hasn't been made yet).
What would you add to that? Have the images and do what with them? I'll try to help with it when you make it
