The Void Knight's Outpost is home to the famous minigame, Pest Control. To gain access to this seemingly desolate island, make your way to Port Sarim Docks, and talk to the Squire, located on the south-eastern docks, near the boat used to travel to Crandor in Dragon Slayer. Ask her to travel to her outpost.

You'll be instantly whisked away to a new area of Gielinor - the Void Knight Outpost.

1) Welcome, you're now at the entrance docks of the Void Knight Outpost. If you decide you want to travel back to Port Sarim, simply talk to the Squire located at these docks, he'll be more than happy to escort an adventurer of your caliber back to the mainland.

2) Alas, you've found the bank. Thankfully there is a bank located on this terrific island, else Pest Control would be a lot harder of a minigame. Talk to the Squire bankers within the bank to access your bank account, and stock your items for whatever you intend to do on the island.

3) Can you feeeeel the magic? Well you should, you're in a store that sells the very base of the Magic skill - runes! Right click on the Squire to open up his magical wares, which every rune, unincluding nature, law, blood, astral and soul. With the infinite wares in this shop you could take on all of RuneScape!

4) Next on the door is the local blacksmith area. There is no furnace to smelt with on this island, unfortunately, but don't fret - there's an anvil to smith on, so not all is lost. It's close to a bank as well, a nice change-up from constantly using Varrock. The locals are very friendly as well.
Image

5) Generally the general idea is the General Store. So to the General Store we go! This General Store stocks different items than your every day General Store, field rations being the largest difference. But don't be confused! The other items are there as well, your pot and hammer - the classics.

6) Put on your seat belts, folks - we're approaching the Archery Store, and as you know, sharp items are included in this shop. But fear not, we have bandaids handy. For those of you who wish to become a master ranger, this is an excellent store to start your journey, take a look!
Image

7) The first boat used to access the Pest Control minigame is the Novice Boat, which requires a minimum combat level of 40 to board, found south of the bank. 40 combat is the lowest combat permitted to play Pest Control, thus this is the lowest boat. Cross the gangplank to board the boat.
Image

8) The second boat used to access Pest Control is the Intermediate Boat, found south west of the bank. To board this particular boat, a minimum combat level of 70 is required. Once again, cross the gangplank to board your journey to the Pest Control island.
Image

9) The final boat, and the boat with the highest requirement to access Pest Control is the highly coveted Veteran Boat, with a hefty requirement of 100 combat as a minimum. If you've achieved 100 combat, the Squire's welcome you open heartedly to join the highest ranks of the veteran boat, board, and enjoy the XP.

10) Once you've received an adequate amount of points, you can leave Pest Control and find the Void Knight to exchange your points with. He can be found south of the bank.

The End

That's all folks! Here's hoping you learned all you possibly could about the fantastic island, Void Knight's Outpost, ranging from the archery store (pardon the pun) to the bank, to a magic store. Be friendly to those Squire's, their staves are fatally pointy.
