Then you need to fix the dwarf cannon and you'll see this:
correctly fix the machine and then he'll ask you to get an ammo mould.
After that go to the fally and go to the dwarfern mines entrance next to edgeville and the monastery and talk to nulodian. Return it to him and quest complete.
