@Jack/Jaron I'd like to host after Musc too, whichever one of you have control over the ordering of hosts.

Definitely agree with you there Paid, stylistic changes such as themed mafias are my favourite, no major overhauls attempted, but subtle balanced changes work best. That said, nothing beats the standard Framer, Godfather - Doctor, Detective mafias, you can't go wrong with them!

The next two games will be hosted by Jaron and Landerpurex (I dunno the order, I just know they're the next two), but I'm pretty sure it's open after that. :awesome:
Landerpurex is next, and I don't even know if I'm hosting anything after that.

What game lasted one night?! Link please haha.

Also bluecoat I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing? Those guys probably make meta-game votes much more often than here. Sports fans, what can you do. :P That game has also suffered a fair bit due to Easter but it has still had its moments. This is the 4th game running there, some people have played before, many haven't. Basically it started up in January.

Anyway that link was really just so you could see how I've set some stuff up in the game I'm running. The focus is on RV Forum Mafia.

One night was an exaggeration. There were third party alliances like masons and cultists, as well as third party individual roles. It was a mess, Jaron was with me on the cult side, I think the mafia won by night 2/3.

Sometimes I think that is just bad luck. I worked out that even with 30 people my game had the potential (extremely low probability of it happening) to be over by night 3 or day 4.

I haven't visited in a while but I see you guys have another game of Forum Mafia up and running. For some reason while mafia was in full swing on RV I was never really interested or intrigued by it. However recently the craze has started on the forum I spend most of time on these days and naturally I am really enjoying the game. So much so that after a few games I am currently hosting my own game with 30 players over here.

Basically, the point of this thread is for me to put my name out there as a potential future host or even co-host a few games on Runevillage if the interest for me doing so is there. Really, I figured this thread could be used to discuss anything Forum Mafia related but unrelated to the current game. I saw in the sign-up thread that there are other people interested in being hosts before me so this would be down the track a bit.

I also respect that Runevillage is a very different compared to where I am hosting my current game. For starters there is a major difference in activity (for the record, I wouldn't actually mind hosting a game that was less active! The one I linked has been going for just over 4 days is in Night 6, ugh). Mafia games here also have their own rules so I'd keep that in mind when creating a game. I'm not sure how you guys as a whole feel about themed mafias, advanced roles vs roles vs vanilla etc but I guess this is the thread to post it in if anywhere.

Mafia discussion/answer mah questions thread gogogogo. If there is already an existing one that I missed, link me and gogogo. I saw a topic a few months old that had the "general mafia discussion" vibe but I wasn't completely feeling it :P
