You'd only need to cover Stark's, Lanister's and Baratheon. And maybe the Dothraki and White walkers.
But there are multiple strands... and the Night Watch, and the Greyjoys. SO MANY POSIBILITIES! If Top was willing to PM with me about the mechanics he uses to balance the roles, I could go for a U-Pick of it, and people select their own names (on a first come, first serve basis, with reserve options if their first choice is chosen first) and go from there
