The dark world of a good breakfast...


It's dark. I can't say I remember a whole lot. The last thing I recall is falling into a large hole with my comrades. Everything before that was a blur. Did we even exist before we ended up in this dark space? Was there anything defining our existence? Nobody inside knows. We hear things from time to time... Things that are outside. We often wonder what they are. We hear a lot of voices from the outside. The outside seems scary. It could be that we're safest in this dark space. The space suddenly feels tighter now... Something is happening now... I hear the pleas of my comrades. Without the light I cannot see what is happening. My friends are squirming around. This darkness that was once my sanctuary has become hostile... it's own walls pressing in on us... Then we all feel something strong. It is as if we have been thrown. We all hear a metal noise as soon as the movement stops. I feel something jab into me. I believe it is one of my comrades. I have been scratched by a fellow comrade and have accidently scratched him as well. It seems as if this has happened to everyone. What have we done wrong? Why are we being attacked by our own home?

Everything has settled... we aren't sure what has happened. It's been some time since we've had any movement... The quake was rather large this time. We have become accustomed to smaller quakes from time to time, but this one was different... Everyone is afraid now. We do not sleep at the usual time. Everyone is alert. Then it happens... A light appears in our dark world. We can escape... we can see the outside. Heaven's graces are upon us. No... what is this? It feels as though we are falling over... Yes... we are falling... I see my comrades escaping outside of our dark room. Wait... escaping? No that is not what is happening... They're falling out. They don't want to leave this darkness. They're being thrown into the light against their will. Then it stops... The light remains. Our home returns to its original position. Are we safe? It appears so... but the others are gone... So many of our friends are missing. What has happened to them? Then we hear it... we hear their screams. We hear their fading cries for help. The world turns on us again... we feel the same movement we felt before... I feel myself move... terror overcomes my body. I fall face first into a wet substance. I slam into something hard and my body is lifted up. I watch as my comrades suffer the same fate. I look around... a box... is this where we are from?

Yes I have seen this before... This blue man on the box... he must be God. I remember his face right before the darkness. Has he brought us here? Have we upset God? The air around me disappears. Everything is covered in some white liquid now... the water level is rising. Is this water? I always thought it would feel different... This is so cold... So white... I wish I could return to my dark and black world... this white substance... this light world... I do not belong here. This place scares me. I see a large beast looking down on me. He has a strange object in his hand. Is this a weapon? Is this a messenger of God? His metal weapon goes down on us. I watch as my comrades are taken into his mouth. He is feeding on us... They scream for help as the monster chews away. There is no hope for us here. I pray to the blue god to save me. The metal object is on me now. Have I been betrayed by the blue god? I wonder what it is that I did wrong in my time with this world...

I am not alone... I am being lifted with my comrades. We are drawn into a new darkness. The creatures mouth surrounds us. I watch as the ceiling caves down on us... or is the floor being lifted? Either way I watch as my comrades are smashed right before darkness returns. Everything is dark again... the floor feels moist... I feel something push against me.... I'm being taken to something hard... where am I? Am I on an altar? Yes, this must be an altar. I am being sacrificed for my blue god... This is God's will. I close my eyes and thank the blue god. He returned darkness to me before my life was taken... Truly this is what they call mercy. I embrace as I meet the same fate as my brethren I feel a sudden impact... I'm in pain... This could not be the action of my god. I have been betrayed... I am being murdered for pleasure... My existence in this world has ended... The blue god has betrayed us... as well as the darkness.
