You aren't really travelling through time. No matter what, time goes on at a constant rate and people move through it at that same rate.

actually, time travelling throught the past IS possible. catch a plane from Russia heading west to the USA. ur going back in time by nearly a whole day :)

That was localized time distortion, not actual time travel. The mechanics behind the two would be completely different.

And you know the mechanics behind the two would be completely different... how?

About time. Sounds interesting, but I didn't know the LEP had time travel (maybe he got No1 to help him?).
Also, I've heard that Major Trouble Kelp will be heavily involved in this book, with a possible romantic relationship between him and Holly. That'll be something to see.

Actually they do have some gear that can effect time for example:in the 1st book i believe, they stopped time to get holly back from artimis.

The Wish List was great but not the best.

The Supernaturalist was amazing. He did leave it a bit loose-ended but I can't see a way to make a sequel that's better than the first book. I mean,

Hidden:
Stefan died and now there's only 3 of them left.

Something funny I found - Eoin Colfer recycles a lot of his ideas. I read a hell of a lot more back in 4th grade than I do now, but I noticed that Stefan Bashkir (main character in Supernaturalist) was Artemis's alias in the second book. There was another connection I found, but I can't remember anymore.

As for a movie, it's kind of in developmental hell. A few kids were asked to play the part of Artemis, but nature took its place and they grew too old.

I think this is the American cover, not entirely sure. Sorry about the size, it's the largest one I could find.

This looks awesome, I love this series. It'll be a great thing to read about. I wrote a fan fic short story a few years dealing with time travel, though he went way back in time, to when the fairies were still topside and not forced underground, and he made the time machine and Holly got dragged in to the whole thing. I wonder if I still have it. And the whole Hamburg incident will be explained!

Looks exciting, I enjoy reading this series very much.

I'm not very fond of the cover image though. What's that in his hand? A PDA?

EDIT: 1000posts.

Keep in mind, the UK covers are always different from the NA ones. Take a look at some of the other UK covers. I didn't like those ones either. :P
