Mr. And Mrs. Smith: A Perfect Shot or an Assassination?
The typical family: a wife and a husband going to work each day. One is a big time real construction agent, and the other is interested in gardening and cooking. Now, could you look me in the eye and tell me that this is all that these two are up to? Please!
The basic storyline is that the couple, played by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, are both dangerous assassins. However, their identity is kept secret, even from the people they love. As a result, each of their assignments are to kill each other in less than 48 hours or they would be killed. But please, tell me, honestly; would you shoot your wife or husband for $400,000?
In my opinion, I’d give the movie 3 and a half stars. Sure it was somewhat funny, but nothing that made me laugh until I had to pee. The storyline of it was whack too. The climax of the movie, where they were assigned to kill each other, was basically 30 minutes from the end, and the build up wasn’t that great as well. However, in the end, it is all good.
I personally think the movie wasn’t an assassination, and it wasn’t a perfect shot either. I’d say, it was a lucky miss.
Do you think differently? What would you rate the movie out of five stars? Hollaback at Hollaback32123@hotmail.com
